Recommended Skills

​

  • Experience in hip hop, jazz and/or lyrical

  • Strong technical background 

  • Exceptional stage presence

  • Minimum of a double pirouette on the right 

  • A la seconde turns

  • Leaps...​​

    • Right leap

    • Side leap

    • Calypso

*No skills are required, but you may be asked to demonstrate them during auditions. We love to have dancers with a variety of backgrounds and special tricks are highly encouraged!*

When are tryouts? 

Fairfield Dance Fusion (FDF) tryouts will be held September 14th.

​

All Fusion members MUST be a member of Fairfield University Dance Ensemble (FUDE), which is the performance based dance group. FUDE auditions will be held TBD.
